UCC1 Original Filings, In Lieu of Filings, Replacement Filings
Optimal Asset manages and files all UCC-1 documents and In Lieu of Filings while bringing you up-to-date with Article 9 statutes. While purchasing and servicing assets, one may find that a UCC has lapsed. We can quickly remedy this vulnerability in order to avoid losing lien position.
Assignment and Amendment Filings, Document Tracking and Corporate Tracking
When you acquire, sell or securitize loans, Optimal Asset can quickly and accurately prepare and record your UCC assignments and amendments. We can also deliver assignment-tracking services to inform you if any of your UCC's have been incorrectly assigned to another secured party. Also available is Corporate Tracking, which informs you if any of your debtors have had name changes. This will ensure that in the event of a default or foreclosure, you have a lien filing with the correct legal entity name.
Continuations

Our UCC database automatically tracks when UCC's are approaching their expiration date; you have the option of continuing the UCC's in your portfolio.
